To help you, I use every source of information at my disposal, addressing any and all issues for each patient with a personal touch. I believe in getting to know you, your family, your workplace, your environment… everything in your life.  It’s what allows me to best understand and evaluate your unique situation in order to provide the most appropriate care.  My goal is always to generate physical as well as emotional strength, balance your hormones and restore overall energy.  I’ll do that with evidence-based medications, vitamin and nutritional supplements, and even hair and skin care.

In addition to being an Endocrinologist and Metabolic Specialist, I have been Board Certified in Internal Medicine, an Associate Attending at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and served as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at UCLA for over a decade.

I attended Lehigh University in Pennsylvania where I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1981 and trained at New York University Langone Hospital in New York, where I studied and became board-certified in internal medicine. My Fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism was completed at New York University School of Medicine.  In 1993, I moved my practice to Southern California.
